Update on Proposed UHaul Storage Building
Hello All,
This email is being sent to the Two Creeks Neighborhood Organization, the Eiber Neighborhood Association, Uhaul affiliates, and to each neighbor who provided their email address at the October 16, 2018 neighborhood meeting for Uhauls request for a Special Use Permit at 830 Wadsworth Blvd. We hope that those of you who receive this will pass this along to anyone not included in this email (11 attendees did not provide email addresses and I am sure there are others involved who were not able to attend).
Uhaul has notified the City of Lakewood that they are still evaluating the overall project and would like to push the Planning Commission date into 2019. At this time, we do not have a specific date for the Planning Commission hearing. We wanted to send out a courtesy email so you were all well aware of the change and not confused when a notification letter is not received for the previously planned December 5th Planning Commission Hearing, as discussed at the last meeting. Once Uhaul submits their updated material we will discuss the need for another neighborhood meeting or require additional communication and schedule a Planning Commission hearing. You all will be notified when we know more information. If you would like to be removed from this email list, please let me know.
